VENDORS
You are welcome to bring in outside catering at no cost. Food trucks are allowed. We do require their insurance on file prior to your event.
We do have a small ice machine.
You are welcome to use your own planner or coordinator and do not require you to use ours.
ALCOHOL
You can bring in your own alcohol at no cost. A licensed bartender is required if alcohol is present. We can provide for you or you can use a licensed bartender you would like at your event. We require their licenses on file 30 days prior to your event.
SECURITY
We can provide security upon request and may require it for your event. You are welcome to use your own security, we just need their licenses on file 30 days prior to your event.
FEES & PAYMENTS
22% service fee that covers our post event cleaning crew, labor and staff, etc.
9.75% tax only on additional rental items
50% deposit required to hold your event date along with your signed agreement.
